Cooking Demo at Rutgers Gardens

Join Rachel Weston, author of "New Jersey Fresh: Four Seasons from Farm to Table." at the market as she cooks the recipe of the day. Rachel will answer questions about seasonal produce, farmers markets and eating with the season. Demo is 12-3 pm.FREE

This week we are celebrating Jersey fresh blue berries and apricots! Rutgers fruit  breeders  Joseph Goffreda and Nick Vorsa will be at the market from 12-3 to answer any questions about the journey to becoming an official Rutgers variety.

 Market is open 11 am - 5 p.m. Location: Farmers Market at Rutgers Gardens, 124 Ryders Lane, New Brunswick, NJ.
