Cooking demo at Rutgers Gardens Farmers Market

Join Rachel Weston, author of "New Jersey Fresh: Four Seasons from Farm to Table." at the market as she cooks the recipe of the day. Rachel will answer questions about seasonal produce, farmers markets and eating with the season. FREE

The market is open 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. Stop by Rachel's tent for a tasting from 12-3 p.m.
