Main Street Highland Park is throwing a tomato party at the Highland Park Farmers Market to celebrate the beloved Jersey tomato! They will have live music, free tomato samples, and special tomato-themed products from their farmers and artisans. The market runs from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

I will be doing a cooking demonstration from  12-3 p.m. Come get some of my favorite tomato recipes. I'll be collaborating with market farmers and vendors including Capsaicin Chiles to help you spice up your tomatoes this summer. If you like my ideas, bring home a signed copy of my book in your market bag.
